What to Expect in Your First Session

New client appointments last up to 90 minutes in length and are done via secure video conferencing or phone call. Upon booking your session (using the calendar above), you will be prompted to prepay for your session ($250). You will be emailed a link for new client paperwork, which you must return 3 business days before your session.

Ariana will review your paperwork and discuss it with you during your session. Based on your history, your current health, and your goals, you and Ariana will co-create a plan to help you move from where you are now to where you want to be. By the end of your appointment, you will know your best next steps toward achieving your goals.

Personalized coaching and guidance will be provided based on your condition and needs. Possible topics include: choosing the right cannabis product (i.e. CBD vs. THC, dry cannabis versus concentrates, routes of administration, safety and quality standards, etc.), cannabis dosing strategies (including the art and science of self-titration), tracking your results, stress reduction techniques, holistic modalities and interventions to help balance the endocannabinoid system, and lifestyle medicine interventions (such as: sleep improvement/ optimization, dietary strategies, reducing inflammation, mindfulness, meditation, grounding, etc.).
